WOAH!!!!!!!!!!!! A sexy female football player is unheard of… maybe….. maybe not. She plays football for real not powder puff football. Sarah has the WHOLE package and potential to be somebody great. We are blessed that she took some time out to spend with us. I would love to tackle her ANYTIME.

Enough talking about how great she is, lets see how GREAT she looks.

1. What is it that you love about twitter and what could you do without?

-I like twitter as a way to network with people of similar interests and businesses. It seems more serious and applicable for true “social networking” in the way of announcements and career opportunities too; as opposed to Facebook or Myspace. I won’t touch them. They are the like “social entertainment” and what many high school or college kids do. People really need to be more careful with it all. I could totally do without the “adult entertainers” or anyone else using twitter to hook up or pick up someone, or play around in that way. I guess since I use twitter for the purpose of promoting women’s athletics, fitness, hard work, and achieving goals it just gets irritating and down right disgusting at times. If twitter is used correctly for true social networking, people can really make a positive difference, and inspire or encourage each other…-that’s what I love about it.

2. What inspired you to play football?

-I grew up playing four sports in high school and was a collegiate athlete. I’ve always loved sports, especially contact sports. My brother played football in college and I’ve dated a football player, so I’ve fallen in love with the game. I started training in the ring boxing with my brother’s trainer who was a fighter. Boxing is the best workout I’ve ever had and I appreciate the game so much. I was sparring one day and a former coach for the Pittsburgh Passion struck up a conversation with me at the gym. His wife was a wide receiver and he encouraged me to talk to her about trying out. When I got to know more about the team and the league, I realized the bigger goals were furthering women’s athletics and teaching life lessons through sport-something I believe in very much.

3. How do you keep it sexy and be a real athlete at the same time?

-I guess it depends on each individual’s definition of “sexy”. Although the IWFL is like a sister league to the NFL and follows almost all of the same rules, we are still women. We train hard and play ball, but have “day jobs” too. -That’s hot. Personally, I love my Sparq and boxing workouts. I think muscle definition and fitness is sexy, but I never neglect my manicures and pedicures…-Hahaha. They just have to keep my nails shorter during the season! I also believe being a positive role model as an athlete is sexy. -But there’s nothing sexier than being a lady off the field, while being focused, determined, and never stopping on the field.

4. Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

-Five years from now I hope to be wherever the good Lord wants me. I know that I’ll be working with athletics and maybe youth. Before I left Pennsylvania I had just started some leadership and motivational speaking events to high school and college athletes. I’ve only been in Florida just over a year and would love to jump back into inspiring youth and women’s athletics. Motivational speaking about balancing academics and athletics, overcoming obstacles, or mental toughness are all topics that I think more teams need to understand.

5. What is the biggest misconception about you?

-Throughout my life I’ve had to prove myself to different coaches, colleagues, teammates, even guys I’ve dated, etc…We all do at some point, and some of us more often than others, whether it’s age, looks, size, or gender….I’m one of the smaller players in the league, so I have to prove I’m strong and can play. Luckily this will be my fifth season (three with the Pittsburgh Passion and two with the Palm Beach Punishers), and my experience and knowledge really helps. When I meet people their first questions when I tell them that I play football are if it’s powder-puff or the LFL. They judge me not just on my size but on my looks a lot too. It’s really ironic because I was never the homecoming or prom queen, nothing like that in high school. I played four sports, one season to the next. So many people have the misconception that I can’t possibly be an athlete for any of those reasons. Like all of the women in the league, we all try to be the best positive, knowledgeable athletes we can.

6. Where can people find you online and what upcoming project should we look out for you?

-Since the IWFL season plays just the opposite of the NFL we are in pre-season training camp now. Checkout the Punisher 2010 schedule to see me and my team play or hit me up on twitter @PrincessPunish. Follow the league @IWFL.

-Practice, training, and fundraisers take up much of our free time however the Palm Beach Punishers have a few events coming up. One of our big fundraisers to help this season is on February 25th the Punishers will be at the Palm Beach Improv at City Place for “A Night of Laughter to Benefit the Palm Beach Punishers” with headlining Comedian Jo Koy. For information or tickets, let me know! I’m also one of seven Punishers who will be working with some of the youth and the NFL during the Super Bowl weekend.

Its been a while since we brought you someone special. Today you are in for a REAL TREAT. I will just start with this our twitmug model of the day genetically is made up of IRISH ,ENGLISH, RUSSIAN, SPANISH & PORTUGUESE.

Being featured is nothing new to Krystle she has been featured in many national publications. She is very professional and she LOVES what she does. I love her style its edgy and different, but still got that bad girl edge. She says its takes a lot to impress her from guys, and being a cocky asshole most def won’t do it for her. Krystle also hosts her own radio show and enjoys interviewing people. She has modeled for about two years now, and loves every minute of it. She said one place she wants to visit is Europe and she can’t get enough of traveling. Her favorite car is Bentley GT and some of fav music is Rock music, electronic music, hip hop . TMUG What does a typical day consist of for you ?
Krystle
Depends on the day. Since I don’t have a conventional 9-5, I may be hanging w/my girl friends, going to lunch and doing some shopping. Days that I work consist of driving, and shooting pictures, or business meetings.

TMUG Most notable moment for you here in 2009 ?

February 2009 my Playboy pictorial came out, that was really exciting for me. Also, May 2009 I was featured on AskMen.com which was also pretty cool for me, because that is a pretty popular Men’s website. I did some hosting this year, & I got to interview Denise Richards during Emmy week, which was awesome I’ve always loved her work. 2009 has been a pretty fun year, and laid back at the same time. :)

TMUG Where do you see yourself 5 years from now ?

I have NO clue! haha I don’t even know where I want to be in 5 years from now, as long as I’m having fun and doing something I love, I will be happy! :)

Pet peeves on twitter… I really despise NARCISSISM, that is definitely my biggest pet peeve. I hate seeing tweets from people talking about how cool they are, who gives a shit?!
Things that make me smile on twitter, I enjoy seeing tweets from people who are positive about life, and I like to see when people are actually doing something positive for the world. I also enjoy seeing the pics that people post, pics are always fun! :)

TMUG Biggest misconception about you ?

Biggest misconception about me is that I am a narcissist. Yes, I work in the entertainment industry, but I do it because I enjoy it. This may not even be a life long career for me, who knows? I am going to enjoy it while I can, I’m not famous, and I don’t strive for fame, of course I want to be successful, I would be lying if I said I didn’t want some form of success, but I think there is a difference. Success to me means being able to do something I love and getting paid for it. I don’t think that I am better than anyone else, and I hate when I get emails from people on myspace trying to put me in my place. I don’t need to be put in my place, I’m pretty humble. Besides, who are they to put me in my place?! I just do what I do, and mind my own business.

I have come across a lot of interesting people in my short time on twitter. Brooke is no exception, and she is much more than a model so I have found out. I don’t watch TV, well I watch Sports but that’s about the only time I turn the TV on so I wasn’t that familiar with Brooke before. YO!!!!!!! I seen Nessa on twitter, before twitter I had no idea who she was. With one glance she is one those girls you just can’t forget. If you watch one of her videos, she is like engraved in your mind. I don’t if she knows she so unforgettable, she prolly does.
